02  ·  Before & After

Before. After.

The problem as found, then the FBL response.

01/06

The store’s own all products page said there are no products.

No Emotions · collection pageDesktop
Before No Emotions all-products collection page: the heading reads ALL, the count reads 0 items, and the page says sorry, there are no products in this collection.
After Collection page redesign: the all-products URL returns the catalogue with a result count, category chips, size and fabric filters, a show-my-size toggle, fabric tags and size availability on every card.
What we found
  • The all-products URL returned 0 items
  • Sorry, there are no products in this collection
  • Filters and sort were there, with nothing to filter
  • Any bookmark, shared link or search result landed here
What we changed
  • The all-products URL returns the full catalogue
  • A result count, so she knows where she is
  • Filters that actually narrow something
  • Fabric and size availability on every card, before she clicks

She added one dress. The bag quietly added something else.

No Emotions · cartMobile
Before No Emotions mobile cart: a three pound Package Protection add-on is toggled on before the shopper has touched it, and shipping, taxes and discounts are all deferred to checkout.
After Mobile cart redesign: the paid add-on is off by default and explains itself, delivery cost and date are resolved in the bag, and progress to free delivery is shown.
What we found
  • A £3.00 add-on switched on before she touched it
  • Subtotal £69.50 on a £66.50 dress
  • Shipping, taxes and discounts all deferred to checkout
  • No sign of the free-delivery threshold she was promised
What we changed
  • The paid add-on defaults to off, and says what it is
  • Delivery cost and arrival date resolved in the bag
  • Progress to free delivery, with the amount still to go
  • One total she can actually plan around

A shopper could add this dress to her bag without ever choosing a size.

White Rose · product pageDesktop
Before White Rose product page before: buy buttons sit above the product name and no size selector is present.
After White Rose product page today: product name first, then price, a required size selector and a custom measurement panel.
What we found
  • Two buy buttons sat above the product name
  • No size control anywhere in the buy box
  • Nothing for a shopper between two sizes
What we changed
  • Name and price lead the page
  • Size is required before add to cart
  • Custom measurement panel sits under the selector

The link to the refund policy went to a page that did not exist.

White Rose · returns policyDesktop
Before White Rose refund policy URL before: the page returns a Page not found message.
After The White Rose Return and Exchange Policy page as it is published today: the exchange window, the condition the dress must be in, who pays the return shipping, and what happens when a size is unavailable.
What we found
  • The refund policy URL returned a genuine 404
  • The footer listed shipping and privacy, and no returns link
  • Checkout’s only policy link was privacy
  • She had to commit before knowing what happens if it does not fit
What we changed
  • A published Return and Exchange Policy page, in the store’s own terms
  • Seven days, and the exact condition the dress has to be in
  • Who pays the return shipping, said plainly
  • Linked from the footer, every product page and the cart

She had to leave the dress to find the size chart, and it was a picture.

White Rose · size guideDesktop
Before White Rose size guide before: a separate page holding a flat graphic of a measurement table in inches only, with the header row reading LENGHT.
After White Rose size guide today: a panel that opens on the product page beside the size buttons, stating the measurements are body measurements, with an inches and centimetres switch and how to measure each one.
What we found
  • The chart lived on its own page, away from the dress
  • It was a flat image, in inches only
  • Nothing said whether the numbers were her body or the garment
  • The header row read LENGHT
What we changed
  • The chart opens on the product page, beside the size buttons
  • Inches and centimetres, switched in place
  • It states plainly that these are body measurements
  • How to measure each one, written out

She tapped the dress to see it closely and got a smaller picture.

White Rose · product photographyMobile
Before White Rose mobile zoom before: tapping the photograph opens a dialog using roughly the top forty per cent of the screen, with the hem and shoes outside the frame and the rest of the screen empty.
After White Rose mobile zoom today: the photograph fills the screen from top to bottom, the whole dress including the hem is in frame, and the thumbnails stay reachable underneath.
What we found
  • Tapping to zoom used about forty per cent of the screen
  • The hem and the shoes fell outside the frame
  • The same height cap cropped the gallery on the page itself
  • On a long dress, the part she is judging was the part missing
What we changed
  • Zoom fills the screen, top to bottom
  • The whole garment is in frame, hem included
  • The gallery on the page is no longer cropped
  • Thumbnails stay reachable while she is zoomed in

Swipe, or use the arrows, to move through the set.

03  ·  Our Approach

We don’t just tell you what looks wrong. we work out why a shopper might hesitate.

Diagnostic method Desktop and mobile Fashion ecommerce

Buyer confidence

We look at the questions a shopper needs answered before buying:

  • Is this right for me?
  • Do I understand what I’m getting?
  • Do I trust what happens next?

The whole journey

We don’t judge one attractive product page in isolation. We follow the buying journey from discovery and collection browsing through product evaluation, cart, shipping and returns.

Evidence before decoration

Every recommendation should solve an observed point of friction. When redesign is included, the recommendation becomes an actual desktop and mobile experience rather than a vague suggestion.

04  ·  After You Hire Us

From booking
to published.

Once you are booked, this is the sequence. What you send, what we do with it, and what lands on your side at each point.

An annotated audit capture of a live collection page, with an empty all-products result flagged as a fix-first finding, the browse path as test-later, and the delivery banner marked as a strength to keep.
01Find it

We audit the entire customer journey and identify where buyers hesitate.

  • Your project details, from booking
  • Desktop and mobile review
  • Evidence captured and annotated
  • Findings ranked by priority
A Figma redesign frame of a product page buy box, with the size selector and measurement panel specified.
02Design it

We turn approved fixes into complete Figma designs.

  • Desktop and mobile screens
  • Dev-ready layouts
  • Interaction direction
  • One consolidated review round
A published Shopify storefront product page with a required size selector.
03Build it

We implement the approved work on a duplicate of your Shopify theme.

  • Live store stays untouched
  • Desktop and mobile QA
  • Private staging preview
  • Your approval before publish

06  ·  Before You Choose

Questions worth
asking first.

Do I have to buy all three levels?

No. The levels are cumulative, not compulsory. The $450 audit stands on its own: it tells you what to change, in what order, and why.

Does the audit review my whole store?

We scan the complete catalogue for inconsistencies, then deeply inspect every materially different product type, template and buying state. Desktop and mobile are both covered.

What is included in the Figma redesign?

Complete desktop and mobile designs for every in-scope recommendation, with interaction behaviour specified rather than left to interpretation. One consolidated review round, then editable, dev-ready files. Scope locks after approval; the designs stay editable.

What does Shopify implementation include?

We build from the approved Figma plus a checklist covering the non-Figma recommendations, on a duplicated, unpublished copy of your theme. Your live store is never edited directly. Private staging preview, your publication approval, then publication and a 14-day bug-only warranty.

Do you only work with fashion brands?

Fashion is our specialty, and it is where the method is sharpest: a generic audit asks whether the call to action is visible, not whether your size chart says what it is measuring or whether your photography shows how the fabric behaves. We also take selected ecommerce projects outside fashion where the same buyer-confidence principles apply.

Find it. design it. Build it.

Start with the level your store needs now. Take it further when you’re ready.
